We also recognise some of our clients are non-VAT registered, and get tired of being quoted a fee ‘plus VAT’. So we aren’t VAT registered either. When we give you a price, that’s it. No 20% to add on.
Year end accounts
Annual accounts so you know how your business is doing and what tax you are going to pay. For Limited companies, the filing at Companies House is also dealt with.
Bookkeeping services
Do you sweep your desk into a carrier bag and give it to your accountant at the year end? Or do you need records produced on software, including posting your supplier invoices, preparing your bank reconciliations, producing customer invoices and filing your quarterly VAT return. We can help with that.
Charity Independent Examinations
Your charity doesn’t need an audit but it needs an Independent Examination. We can advise on your reporting requirements and we have the necessary qualifications to perform Independent Examinations in accordance with the Charities Act.
Corporation tax returns
Advising on your company’s tax bill, minimising it where we can, then filing with HMRC.
Management accounts
We are maintaining your books on software but you feel you need more information on the profit and loss every month or quarter. We can prepare management accounts and talk you through them.
